Accreditation with international standards, SANS & ISO  
 

On date 2016-09-27 AENOR completed its ENAC accreditation for the following Plastic Piping systems:

  • SANS 15876-1, 2, 3 y 5: 2005 for System Plastics piping for hot and cold water. Polybutylene (PB)
  • SANS 15877-1, 2: 2015 for pipes chlorinated poly (vinyl chloride) (C- PVC) for hot and cold water installations
  • SANS 22391-1, 2, 3 y 5: 2008 for System Plastics piping for hot and cold water. Temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) ​
This accreditation is added to the recently obtained in accordance with the following standards:

  • ISO 4427-2:2007 for polyethylene pipes for water supply, equivalent to the European Standard EN 12201-2 
  • SANS 15875-1, 2, 3 y 5: 2004 for System Plastics piping for hot and cold water. Crosslinked polyethylene (PE-X)
  • SANS 15874-1, 2, 3 y 5 : 2004 for System Plastics piping for hot and cold water. Polypropylene (PP-R)
  • SANS 21003-1, 2, 3, 5 : 2008 for Multilayer piping systems (PEX and PE-RT) for hot and cold water inside buildings
  • SANS 16422:2007 for pipes poly (vinyl chloride) oriented (PVC-O) for water piping systems

ENAC is the Spanish accreditation body and is a member of the IAF, International Accreditation Forum, whose reference appears in the certificates issued by AENOR in accordance with these standards.
