Updated certified products: April 2016

AENOR grants its first certificate for a plastic pipe produced in a factory in Chile: Last 2016-04-12 AENOR granted to the company CROSSPIPE SYSTEMS, S.A. located in Antofagasta (Chile), the first certificate of conformity for "Crosslinked polyethylene (PE-X) pipes by the peroxide method for industrial applications," according to the technical specifications defined in the Certification Specific Rules RP 01.83.

Next Working Breakfasts. Pamplona y Bilbao: On May the 5th in Pamplona, and 6th in Bilbao, will take place the next "Working breakfasts" which we hope will have similar successful than the last ones held in Valencia and Murcia, where the final discussion focused on issues related to the certification of plastic products.

Renewal of representatives of manufacturers in the Committee AEN/CTC-001: On April 12th elections for the renewal of the representing manufacturers in the Committee were celebrated complying with the requirements of the Regulations of the Technical Certification Committee AEN / CTC 001.

First participation of the Plastics Certification Committee of AENOR in MCE: Mostra Convegno Expoconfort, the leading European fair for air conditioning, hot and cold water and heating. For the first time, AENOR Plastics Certification has attended this international fair, on its 40th edition, where we have had the possibility of seeing firsthand the power of convocation and the huge quantity of international stakeholders, mainly from European countries.

22º edition of Smagua 2016: AENOR Plastic certification attended he latest edition of the Smagua fair, wich was supposed calm and relaxed with only two pavilions enabled exhibitors. From our recent experience we have experienced the opposite.

Institutional visit to the centre for Hydrographic Studies of Cedex: Last 16/02/2016 took place the visit to the Centre for Hydrographic Studies of CEDEX, where we were greeted by Luis Balairón, Director of the Hydraulics Laboratory.

Institutional visit to Conaif: The last 23/02/2016 took place the visit to CONAIF, where we were received by its General Manager, Ana Garcia.
